October 1:  King of Prussia Rest Day

After six straight days of riding the idea of a day of rest is wonderful.  No alarm clocks, no pedaling, no peanut butter sandwiches, no puddles;  just pure heaven and an overstuffed bed!!!

Sleeping was easy -- just close the blackout curtains in the room and one has no idea what time of day it is.  Actually the body is use to getting up early so sleeping in isn't very late.  A leisurely breakfast; clean the bikes after the rain and grit of the road had found itself in every possible place it could; grocery shop and restock the cooler with supplies; do some laundry; pick up Frankie's bike -- yes, Frankie is arriving today to join the group for a couple of weeks.  The word "rest" is a misdemeanor -- no rest for a wicked!!

Chores all done and back to the hotel just in time to welcome our new "Biking Babe" to the flock, and then off to dinner at an Asian "Wild Rice" restaurant.

Tomorrow takes us out into the Lancaster County area and hills again!
