Today starts the biking venture on the South Island. First a lunch with an orientation and introduction and then to the rear parking lot!! The bikes need to be fitted: seats exchanged for those who brought their own; personal pedals installed; test rides around a parking lot; water bottles distributed, and rear bags selected. It is a perfect weather day with a bustle of activity in the hotel parking lot. Each person's needs are patiently and professionally met. No one is left behind!
